Purple at Cooling Castle Barn- Claire and Darren.

Saturday 24th March was the Wedding of Claire and Darren at the gorgeous venue of Cooling Castle Barn in Kent.

After a March heatwave Claire couldn't believe their luck as the day was looking to be like another wonderful sunny day. The colour scheme of deep purple and ivory was set but Claire wanted something WOW and modern.

Claire held a hand tied bouquet of vanda orchids which are just stunning. I love the faint dog tooth pattern which naturally occurs in the petals. I teamed these with ivory roses and a flash of lime green gelderose for a springy look.

The Bridesmaids wore floor length purple chiffon gowns and they held ivory and lime green hand tied bouquets with a flash of purple.

I set off for the venue where the transformation of the barn began....
...The centrepieces were tall and sleek but with striking effect. With Scented lilies, gladioli, roses, blooms, anthuriums and lisisanthus. The vase even had a lit base to give a glow to the table.

The top table was a matching display with the vanda orchids running through it especially for the Bride. I think this is a beautiful venue and was enhanced with the overall wow factor from colour, style and a wonderful Bride and Groom. Congratulations! X
