Yesterday was the wedding of Jodie and Chris at the beautiful Turkey Mill. It was a really hot day and just perfect for the outdoor ceremony, as romantic music echoed arounds the grounds as I arrived I couldn't help but feel the romance in the air!
Jodie wore a beautiful silver grey dress and was lovely to see something non coventional. Jodie wanted a wow factor for her flowers with a modern and contempory feel.
She held a modern shower bouquet of pale pink calla lilies studded with silver beads, which picked up the silver of the dress. The bridesmaids wore navy blue floor length dresses with contrasting handties in hot pink gerberas and deep purple lizzy. As the girls walked across the bridge dressed with white chiffon bows, the drama of the blue was just stunning.
For the recpetion tables I chose elevated vases with large domes of lilies, gerberas and lizzy. I carried on the silver by putting a sparkle effect onto steel grass that shot up into the air above the displays. The striking colours gave a wow factor to the room and was a perfect match to Jodie's look.
Well done- it looked great.
